  • Arrange transportation
  • Organise stationery, invitations, place setting, menus, thank-you cards
  • Register for gifts
  • Purchase wedding rings
  • Choose wedding favours (if required)
  • Organise grooms and groomsmen’s suits
  • Book hairstylist and make up artist.

  • Discuss service with the officiant – write vows
  • Mail invitations

  • Notify reception venue on guest numbers
  • Break in wedding shoes
  • Write speech
  • Confirm honeymoon accommodation and flight bookings
