Mail Order Shoes

  • Let us know what size shoe you normally wear in dress shoes (European sizes are preferred)
  • Trace around your larger foot. You can then scan or email the image through to us. (Fax or post if easier). This is optional but it will help us determine the best size for you.
  • Let us know your delivery address and contact details, in case we need to contact you.
  • We charge $18.00 for delivery throughout New Zealand.
  • Payment Details – Credit Card or cheque is preferred. Cheques are to be made out to Charlotte Bedogni Limited and sent to PO Box 12 600, Auckland.
  • Delivery times, will be as close to date of order as possible. If the shoe is in stock. Alternatively options will be given.
  • Return Policy – shoes can be returned if the shoe or style has been sent incorrectly or the shoe is faulty in some way. They will need to be returned in the condition they were received, new, in packaging provided and have not been worn.
